100% chenin blanc grape

Dry 12.5°

NOSE : marked varietal aromas such as white flowers, citrusy.

PALATE : Fine and pleasant bubbles with a well-balanced acidity in length

FOOD AND WINE :  Aperitif, perfect for buffet with solty and sugary petits fours, Japanese cuicine as sushi. Fresh fruit as strawberries, raspberries.
